Abstract: In 132 patients suffering from various malignancies, including uterine carcinoma, breast cancer, gastric carcinoma, cancer of the colon, and additionally, patients with uterine myomas and endometriosis an increased activity of AP within the peripheral blood neutrophils could be stated by using a histochemical method.
