    Abstract:
    Spontaneous dyskinesia among institutionalized elderly are much more frequent than previously thought. On 270 patients of a retirement home 63 (23.3%) exhibit a buccolinguofacial dyskinesia. Average age is 81.8. Frequency is twice higher among women (26.7%) than in men (15.2%), and twice and half higher if patients were given neuroleptics (42.4% versus 18%).
