Title: [Postoperative antithrombotic therapy in acute occlusion of the major arteries of the extremities]. Author: Il'in VN, Stepanov NV, Ikhaev ZA, Sharonin GV, Bogdanets LI. Journal: Vestn Khir Im I I Grek; 1980 Sep; 125(9):7-13. PubMed ID: 6158785. Abstract: The administration of nicotinic acid and aspirin in a sufficient measure to prevent reocclusion in complete recovery of the arterial blood flow. Under conditions of non-recovered blood flow the anti-thrombotic therapy is hopeless. So its use is restricted mainly by cases of a partial recovery of the blood circulation in main vessels. A continuous intravenous infusion of heparin, rheopolyglukin, nicotinic acid and trental is believed to be the most rational method of the postoperative anti-thrombotic therapy.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
