    Abstract:
    Metastatic mammary carcinomas in axillary nodes have been found to show histological appearances indistinguishable from intraduct carcinoma in breast. Since invasive breast carcinoma may mimic intraductal growth, some cases of breast cancer diagnosed histologically as intraduct carcinoma may in reality be invasive.
