Abstract: Tubuloreticular inclusions have been described with sufficient frequency in certain tissues of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) to make the finding of such inclusions helpful in making a diagnosis of this disorder. The finding of such inclusions in lung biopsy specimens, however, has been distinctly rare.
