Journal: J Med Primatol; 1984; 13(2):89-95. PubMed ID: 6389884. Abstract: This paper deals with nocardiosis with brain abscess in a cynomolgus monkey imported from Indonesia. At necropsy, typical abscesses were found in the mandible, lung, kidney, heart, liver, and brain. Nocardia asteroides was isolated as the causative agent.
