    Abstract:
    In a double-blind study of neurologic patients, the safety and efficacy of Hexabrix was compared with Renografin-76 in intravenous digital subtraction angiography. There was no difference in quality of the 26 Hexabrix and 24 Renografin exams using the continuous recursive filtration system. Subjective patient discomfort was less with Hexabrix. There was no significant difference in tolerability and safety between the two agents.
