    Abstract:
Six patients had the clinical and pathological features of immunoproliferative small-intestinal disease (IPSID). They were followed for a mean of 7.5 years, during which time no significant alteration in the jejunal biopsy appearances of five patients has occurred, none have developed lymphomas.
