    Abstract:
    Pupils being exempted from sports lessons are handicapped in their physical efficiency but also deranged some times in the development of their personality. A report is made about an individual sports therapy by means of home bicycle ergometers within rehabilititave facilities and measures. The aim and the methodical proceeding and first results are shown. A relative little personal, spatial and material display give a justification for taking these therapeutical measures in the process of rehabilitation into account.
