    Abstract:
    Case-report of a mongoloid child (Trisomy 21), age 9, operated on in his neonatal period for congenital stenosis of the duodenum; now presenting with acute clinical signs of gastric outlet obstruction and increasing weight loss. Radiologic work-up showed this to be due to a large gastric and duodenal polybezoar, claimed to be due to emotional disturbance as part of this patients primary disease.
