Abstract: Thirty-day hypokinesia in Wistar rats did not affect the rate of Ca2+ transport and the activity of Ca-ATPase in light and heavy fractions of sarcoplasmic reticulum of primarily white muscles. As hypokinesia was raised up to 90 days, these indicators increased.
