    Abstract:
    The authors have studied results of the operative treatment of a typical form of congenital talipes in 220 patients (346 feet) operated by the method of V.A. Shturm Remote results of the surgical treatment were followed in 157 patients (255 feet). Good results were obtained in 120 feet (47,1%), unsatisfactory--in 21 feet (8,2%). Good results were noted in patients operated at the age of 2-3 years.
