    Abstract:
    A case of bilateral gonadoblastomas in a 45,XO patient with features of Turner's syndrome is presented. The case stresses the importance of a careful laparoscopic evaluation of the pelvic cavity and a biopsy of both streak gonades is strongly recommended also in patients with 45,XO karyotype.
