Abstract: A case of tumorous heterotopic gastric mucosa which acted as a leading point of jejunal double-barrelled intussusception in a 16-year-old girl is presented. The lesion, 5 x 3 x 2 cm, was polypoid in shape with sharp circumscription. Histologically, the tumor consisted of gastric fundic and pseudopyloric glands.
