    Abstract:
    The intraductal pressure parameters were studied in dogs with chronic pancreatitis. A ductal hypertension, similar to that in human chronic pancreatitis was demonstrated. Pressure fell after all different decompression procedures applied but it was most significant after longitudinal pancreatojejunostomy.
