    Abstract:
    Hypergamma-globulinemia and eosinophilia in the peripheral blood were found in a 4-year-old girl with scleroderma-like lesions within the upper and lower limbs. Histological examination excluded scleroderma. After 6 weeks of treatment with steroids, almost a complete retreat of scleroderma-like lesions was achieved.
