Title: Practical approach to stress urinary incontinence. Author: Kendall AR, Stein BS. Journal: Geriatrics; 1983 May; 38(5):69-70, 73-4, 79. PubMed ID: 6682393. With loss of support of the vesical neck and urethra, sphincter incompetence may result. A patient whose symptoms are purely irritative (urinary frequency, nocturia, urgency, or urge incontinence), without a significant degree of stress incontinence, should not benefit from any operation.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
