Title: Acetaminophen hypersensitivity resembling Kawasaki disease. Author: Hurvitz H, Branski D, Gross-Kieselstein E, Klar A, Abrahamov A. Journal: Isr J Med Sci; 1984 Feb; 20(2):145-7. PubMed ID: 6706539. Abstract: A 15-month-old girl initially suspected of having Kawasaki disease is presented. The diagnosis was based on the combination of prolonged fever, conjunctivitis, edema of hands and feet, exanthem and lymphadenopathy. A workup for infectious etiologies was negative. She was subsequently found to have acetaminophen hypersensitivity.
