Title: Penetrating peptic ulcer and aortic aneurysm with aortogastric fistula. Author: Jensen MH, Dedichen H. Journal: Surgery; 1984 Jun; 95(6):756-8. PubMed ID: 6729709. Abstract: The case of a 71-year-old woman with an aortogastric fistula caused by the combination of a penetrating peptic ulcer and an aortic aneurysm is reported.
