    Abstract:
    It has been shown in experiments on adrenalectomized male rats that no-spa (0.2 ml of 2% solution per 100 g bw injected 3 times) increases significantly the level of type II and III glucocorticoid receptors in liver cytosol, the content of glucose and protein in the blood and liver. Animals receiving no-spa demonstrated a substantial increase in oxygen partial tension and saturation of venous blood hemoglobin with oxygen.
