Abstract: These studies present a more complete picture of the pathological changes in injured arteries obtained from patients with electrical injuries affecting the upper extremity. The specific characteristics of vascular injury by electric current proceed from relatively mild to severe in the order of the intima, adventitia and whole-thickness.
