  • Title: [Considerations in diagnosis and therapy of house dust and house dust mites allergy (author's transl)].
    Author: Schroeder-Ischka D.
Journal: Wien Klin Wochenschr Suppl; 1980; 117():27-8. PubMed ID: 6936979.
    Abstract:
In all patients with perennial complaints an allergy should be considered. This predominantly monosymptomatic disease is most often caused by house dust mites (Dermpteron. and Derm. farinae) and less often by animal dander, occupational dust and molds. The diagnosis and treatment of allergies includes anamnesis, skin tests with industrially produced allergenes, skin tests with house dust and occupational dust, the avoidance of the allergenes and the hyposensitization.
