    Abstract:
    The effects of induction of therapeutic abortion during the 2nd trimester of pregnancy by means of prostaglandin F2 alpha were compared after intravenous and intraamniotic injection. It was found that intraamniotic administration was more effective and the number of side effects was lower. In both groups studied, no abnormalities were observed in blood clotting parameters.
