Journal: Vestn Khir Im I I Grek; 1980 Oct; 125(10):58-62. PubMed ID: 6970437. Abstract: The "phenomenon of streaming" has been found by the author in splenoportography in 9,4% of patients. The variants of the phenomenon are described. The phemenon seen as a conoid shade superimposed on the shade of the portal vein trunk can suggest possible stenosis of the mouth of the splenic vein.
