    Abstract:
    Gastroduodenoscopy when performed during laparatomy because of the difference between preoperative and operative diagnosis allows to obtain additional objective data on the pathological process and to solve the question of the further surgical tactics. It may be used for diagnosis of the proceeding hemorrhage from the anastomosis suture and for revealing defects of the operation technique.
