Title: Giant cyst of the septum pellucidum: case report. Author: Garza-Mercado R. Journal: J Neurosurg; 1981 Oct; 55(4):646-50. PubMed ID: 6974230. Abstract: Symptomatic cysts of the septum pellucidum are rare. Up to 1969, 17 published cases were considered to be symptomatic.
