    Abstract:
Specific 125I-insulin binding with the fat cellular plasma membranes was studied in 7 patients with pheochromocytoma. It was shown that the concentration of insulin receptors in plasma membranes and their affinity to insulin decreased and the negative cooperative interaction between receptors rose in patients with pheochromocytoma comparatively to normal subjects.
