Title: Lack of correlation between inhibitory or stimulatory influence of kidney antigens on in vitro leukocyte and lymphocyte migration in renal-transplanted patients. Author: Skopińska-Rózewska E, Lukasik R. Journal: Arch Immunol Ther Exp (Warsz); 1981; 29(4):499-504. PubMed ID: 7036935. Abstract: The inhibition of stimulation of migration of human peripheral blood leukocytes and isolated lymphocytes in the presence of kidney antigens (GBM and RTA) were studied and compared. Thirty six GBM and 29 RTA tests performed in 23 cadaver kidney graft recipients revealed no correlation between migration inhibition or stimulation of leukocytes and lymphocytes. It suggests that in these two types of test different lymphokines operate.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
