Abstract: There have been many reports in the literature of an association of the opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome and occult neuroblastoma in children. This syndrome is of interest due to the fact that it appears to be a neurological manifestation of an occult carcinoma (without a metastasis to the CNS).
