Abstract: Werner's syndrome is an autosomal recessive disease characterized by juvenile cataracts, scleroderma-like skin changes, and a high incidence of neoplasms. A 57-year-old man had Werner's syndrome associated with a fibrosarcoma of the mediastinum and multiple basal cell epitheliomas.
