Abstract: In 16 patients with unchanged coronary arteries during coronaroangiography, where ischaemic heart disease was suspected, the use of bicycle ergometry and studies of the myocardium metabolism with the atrial stimulation test it was possible to diagnose myocardial ischaemia during the pain attack. It must be noted that atypical forms of angina pectoris are frequent. Patients with unchanged coronaroangiogram must have myocardium metabolism examined during the pain attack in order to exclude finally ischaemic heart disease.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
