    Abstract:
    Some specific methods of treatment of 206 cases of compound (comminuted and segmentary) closed fractures of the crus bone diaphysis are analyzed. The indications and specific features of the surgery when using clinical methods of metal-osteosynthesis (screws, plates, combinations of these fixators) and osseous autoplasty in 82 patients are described. Remote results are analyzed.
