    A report is given on the possibility of transport of patients with spine-injuries with the aid of the Halo-fixateur. The practical proceeding as well as the advantages in the clinical application are pointed out. The use of the Halko-fixateur for immobilization of an injured cervical spine for ambulance transport by aircraft is advisable.
