    Abstract:
Immunomorphological changes occurring in the regional lymph nodes, when the adrenals are allotransplanted under the renal capsule, have been studied in the experiment carried out on linear rats. Wistar rats are used as recipients and August rats as donors. Correlation of various cell types is determined in the cortical plateau, paracortical zone, in germinative centers of the follicles and in medullary cords at various time after transplantation. Quantitative characteristics of separate structures of the regional lymph node is obtained after the method described by G. G. Avtandilov (1973). In the regional lymph nodes at allotransplantation of the adrenals, certain cytomorphological changes are noted. The changes in the thymus-dependent areas occur early (in 3 days after transplantation), while the changes in B-zones are observed at later stages.
