Title: [Effect of long-term exposure to a high-intensity permanent magnetic field on the activity of body adrenergic and cholinergic systems]. Author: Klimovskaia LD, Maslova AF. Journal: Kosm Biol Aviakosm Med; 1982; 16(6):71-4. PubMed ID: 7176511. Abstract: The mice exposed for 1 month to a constant magnetic field of 1.6 T showed a significant increase in the epinephrine and norepinephrine concentration of blood. The acetylcholine content of blood grew on the 3rd week of the exposure. The content of neurotransmitters in the brain tissue increased during the 3rd week and returned to the normal by the end of the exposure.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
