Title: Recurrent massive otorrhagia caused by a petrous carotid aneurysm. Author: Chiappetta F, Vangelista S, Pirrone R. Journal: J Neurosurg Sci; 1982; 26(3):205-7. PubMed ID: 7182441. Abstract: Aneurysms of the petrous portion of the internal carotid artery are quite rare lesions. Common carotid ligation was effective in resolving bleeding and did not cause any permanent neurological deficit. Other surgical procedures are acceptable.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
