    Abstract:
    Experience and findings with internal and external urinary diversion in surgery of renal and ureteral stones are presented. The benefits of internal intubation of the ureter (endoprosthesis) with plastic tubes (PVC-tubes) as used in our clinic are emphasized. In contrast to nephrostomy with the endoprosthesis is a non-traumatic method, few complications and good results.
