    Abstract:
    Four cases of angiofollicular lymph-node hyperplasia (Castleman-Lymphoma) are presented, accidentally discovered. They prefer localisation in mediastinum. Histological characteristics are lymph follicular hyperplasia, vascular-proliferation with endothelium hyperplasia and sometimes hyalinosis of follicular centres. The tumor is of benign significance. Its etiologic remains unknown. For clinic relations it is very important to coordinate this tumor with the differential diagnosis of mediastinal diseases.
