Title: [Surgical treatment of obstructive jaundice]. Author: Aminev AM, Gorbunov OM. Journal: Vestn Khir Im I I Grek; 1980 Dec; 125(12):52-6. PubMed ID: 7222393. Abstract: The analysis of results of the examination and surgical treatment of 567 patients with obstructive jaundice is presented. In 198 (34,9%) jaundice was caused by a cholelithic disease, in 362 cases (64.9%) there were tumoral lesions, in 7 (1,2%)- parasitogenic lesions of the organs of the hepatobiliopancreatoduodenal zone. The kinds of operations in obstructive jaundice are described with recommendations to create transvesicular hepatochlangiojejunoanastomosis in high blocks of bile tracts. Practical recommendations for the improved diagnosis of obstructive jaundice, its prevention and decreased postoperative lethality are given.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
