    Abstract:
    Reported in this paper is an extremely rare case of genuine cervical pregnancy which was carried to full term. Delivery was performed by caesarean section, with the uterus preserved. The aetiopathology of cervical pregnancy is discussed, and an account is given of cases so far reported in available literature.
