Title: [CT and clinical findings in intracerebral hemorrhage: comparative evaluations (author's transl)]. Author: Cosi V, Cecchini A, Poloni M, Rognone F, Ceroni M, Martelli A, Gozzoli L. Journal: Riv Patol Nerv Ment; 1980; 101(2):75-80. PubMed ID: 7291884. Abstract: 50 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage were investigated by CT within 7 days from the stroke; the clinical findings (double-blind study) showed a wrong etiologic diagnosis in 18% and a wrong topographic diagnosis in 20% of cases. The clinical severity and evolution did not seem to be related to either the site, or the extension of the lesion (cm) as evaluated by CT.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
