    Abstract:
    In the course of the initial observation period, a 70 and 90% controlled restriction of the coronary blood flow was not the solely mechanism by which there occurred changes in myocardial contractility. The circulatory alterations consequent on the ischemic focus formation influenced by the feedback mechanism the development of different varieties of hemodynamic supply through the changes in preload and afterload.
