    Abstract:
    The normal values of the erythrocytic system of rabbits obtained at different laboratories are fairly ununiform. It is assumed that this may be related to various regimens of feeding the animals, to the presence of latent parasitic diseases, or with erroneous unraveling of the genuine values in connection with underestimation of the animal's biorhythms or its poor adaptation to the experimental conditions. Taking all these factors into consideration, the normal values of the erythrocytic system have been obtained on 228 rabbits under the conditions of hot damp climate. These values may be regarded as an orienting point during hematological research under similar conditions.
