Title: [Fibrous dysplasia of the maxillofacial bones of adults]. Author: Naddachina TA, Gubaĭdulina EIa. Journal: Arkh Patol; 1980; 42(1):45-50. PubMed ID: 7377989. Abstract: Clinico-roentgeno-anatomical analysis of 39 cases of fibrous dysplasia (FD) of maxillofacial bones in adults was performed. FD morphology was found to be nonspecific, and similar structures could be observed in osteofibroma, osteoblastoma and cementodysplasia of maxillar bones. Diagnosis can be made only clinico-morphologically. The morphological structure of FD is variable and depends on the degree of maturation of bone neoplasia, the intensity of the processes of rearrangement, regressive changes, age, etc.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
