Title: [Reutilization of 3H-thymidine by liver cells induced by syngeneic liver extracts]. Author: Shadrin BP, Bulava GV. Journal: Tsitologiia; 1980 Feb; 22(2):194-7. PubMed ID: 7385364. Abstract: The effect of liver extract on 3H-thymidine incorporation by liver cells of syngenic recipients has been studied by autoradiography. Intravenous administration of liver extract, 1 hour after 3H-thymidine injection, increased the number of labelled liver cells 37 and 61 hours after extract administration. The parenteral administration of the liver extract is supposed to stimulate a reaction affecting the redistribution of tritium-thymidine-labeled DNA in the organism.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
