  • Title: [Results of refertilization with end-to-end anastomosis following microsurgical sterilization].
    Author: Hepp H, Scheidel P.
Journal: Ther Umsch; 1980 Jun; 37(6):473-8. PubMed ID: 7423396.
    Abstract:
The increase of tubal sterilization has resulted in an increasing number of patients requesting reversal. Among these patients, a change in marital status is the leading motivation. In 15 cases of tubal sterilization, 7 intrauterine pregnancies were achieved after microsurgical end-to-end anastomoses of the fallopian tube. Nevertheless, the good results in reversal sterilization should not lead to an extended uncritical application of tubal sterilization.
