Title: [Double internal drainage in benign choledochal lesions]. Author: Milonov OB, Movchun AA, Griaznov SN, Akhaladze GG. Journal: Vestn Khir Im I I Grek; 1980 Oct; 125(10):35-43. PubMed ID: 7467052. Abstract: Double internal drainage of ductus choledochus was performed in 122 patients by a combination of transduodenal papillosphincterotomy and supraduodenal choledochoduodenostomy which makes up 10.3% of all the operations on extrahepatic biliary ducts. The results of double internal drainage of ductus choledochus in benign lesions were favourable: postoperative lethality was in 2,5%, good remote results were noted in 83,2%, satisfactory--in 13,3%, unsatisfactory--in 3,5% of cases.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
