Journal: Rev Neurol (Paris); 1995 Apr; 151(4):271-3. PubMed ID: 7481379. Abstract: A 34 year old woman with AIDS presented with adynamia and obsessive-compulsive behaviour. CT scan revealed bilateral toxoplasmic lesions involving basal ganglia. The neuropsychological picture resolved under specific antitoxoplasmic treatment. However, relapse of toxoplasmosis occurred in associating with the same behavioral changes.
