    Abstract:
    The technic for the ultrasonographic evaluation of the canine adrenal glands is described and illustrated. When specific preconditions are met, it is feasible to image both adrenal glands. Indications for adrenal ultrasonography are discussed. The normal ultrasonographic appearance and ultrasonographic features of adrenal disease are described.
