Abstract: We report a 19-year-old female with tarsal tunnel syndrome arising from a ganglion and a bony prominence from talocalcaneal coalition. However, in this case, tarsal tunnel syndrome was caused by ski boots compressing the tibial nerve within the tarsal tunnel. The patient was successfully treated by surgery.
